Find your main questions about your parts, your orders, your gift cards here!

I have a specific gift card for one type of event, but I want to use it for something else.

Our gift cards are defined by their amount. They can therefore be used for any other event or workshop at the ceramicafé and possibly supplemented by a payment on site.
If you would like to use your gift card on the e-shop instead:

I would like to use my gift card on the online store.

No worries! Our gift cards are initially set up to be used at the ceramicafé. If you wish to use this amount on the e-shop, send us an email to bienvenue@lateliergenevieve.fr mentioning the gift card code. We will activate it to make it usable on our e-shop.

I have a gift card that is about to expire.

All our gift cards are extended by 6 months. You don't have to do anything. This extension concerns all gift cards. You will be able to take advantage of it post-confinement when you come to the ceramicafé.

I had paid for a workshop which was cancelled due to the lockdown.

We sent an email to everyone who booked an event. But maybe it ended up in your spam folder or maybe there was a misfire! You can fill out the Google Form here to choose the option that suits you.

I have a piece to pick up at the ceramic cafe.

All your creations are kept at the ceramicafé, don't worry. They are waiting for your arrival if you can move, or will wait until the end of confinement, when you can move safely! Find our updated schedules here.

I painted a piece at home that I need to take down for glazing and firing.

Come and drop it off during our opening hours. Find our updated opening hours here. Your parts are available one week after deposit, finalized and usable on a daily basis.

How long do I have to give a painted piece for Christmas?

The normal time to collect your piece after firing is one week. Exceptionally, creations deposited, or painted on site, on Sunday 20/12 can be collected on Wednesday 23/12. Your ceramic cafe will be closed on 24 and 25/12.

Take care of yourself and your loved ones.

See you soon !
